ICAR- IISWC, RC, Sunabeda, Koraput organized one day training-cum- awareness programme on “Soil and water conservation measure and micro irrigation system” under SCSP at Banpadar, Koraput district on 24.02.2021.. A total of about 28 participants were participated in this programme. The programme was coordinated by Dr. Jotirmayee Lenka, Scientist and Sh. G.B Naik, Senior Technical Officer. The training programme was focused on the areas viz. Orchard Establishment and after care, Vermicompost, Mushroom Cultivation, Conservation of horticulture and Agriculture allied activities with conservation aspect.At the end, farmers expressed their sincere thanks to team ICAR- IISWC for organizing training at their village and assured their cooperation for successful implementation of different activities as a group in their village. The programme was concluded with vote of thanks by Sh. G.B Naik.
