The ICAR-Indian Institute Soil and Water Conservation, Research Centre, Ballari organized an event of essay competition on 30th September 2020 at 3:30PM on topic titled “Contemplate the relevance of Mahatma Gandhi vision of sanitation and clean India in the present context” on the occasion of 150th Birth Anniversary Celebration of Mahatma Gandhi Ji. The program was coordinated by Mr. Ravi K.N, Scientist (Agril. Extension).The program was graced by Dr S. L Patil, Head & Principal Scientist, ICAR-IISWC, Research Centre, Ballari. He sensitized all the staff members about the program and enlightened the participants about Gandhian life, his struggle in freedom fight movements, his principles and philosophy throughout his life. All the staff members are actively involved in the event.
